What happens with the information that is entered?
Your messages are sent to the OpenAI API so The Renewals Desk can ask follow-up questions, research public product information when needed, and write an assessment. The website is hosted on Vercel. OpenAI and Vercel may process or log request data under their own terms.
Storage and logging are turned off for this site's OpenAI requests, so conversations are not kept in this site's OpenAI account. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models. Under its standard API terms, OpenAI may still keep request content for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. This site does not have a special arrangement with OpenAI to skip that 30-day retention.
The Renewals Desk does not log your messages or save your reviews. The conversation is only held for the duration of the active session in the browser. Leaving or reloading the page ends that session.
